Dahlia Kurtz is a nationally syndicated columnist, journalist, podcast host, and talk show host based in Montreal. She currently hosts the podcast DAHLIA, where she explores topics including mental health, resilience, social responsibility, and personal growth through interviews and commentary. With a background spanning broadcast radio, television, and digital media, Kurtz brings a long-standing public-facing journalism practice to her work. She is also an independent journalist and public speaker who uses her platform to highlight mental health issues, civic responsibility, and the experiences of Jewish communities in Canada.
