About:
Kevin Vuong is a former Member of Parliament, entrepreneur, and naval reserve officer with experience across public service, national security, and technology. Elected at age 32, he was the youngest MP of Asian heritage in Canada’s 44th Parliament. Prior to entering politics, Vuong co-founded and served as Chief Operating Officer of Delphic Research Group, a Canadian government technology firm, and has been involved in building and advising businesses. He continues to serve as a naval reserve officer in the Royal Canadian Navy and sits on the Strategic Advisory Team at HMCS York. His work reflects a career focused on public service, defence, and strengthening Canada’s democratic and security institutions.
